He has been part of the Iconsulting team since 2005, a period in which he has
deepened his expertise by
participating in and then leading complex projects in multiple manufacturing
areas.
Having supported many CFOs and
many organizations in the design and development of finance-related applications over the years, Francesco is an expert
on consolidated financial statements, planning, and economic, asset, and
financial analyses.
The importance of data in the decision-making process of modern companies is
now a consolidated factor; relying on his specialized knowledge of best practices in methodologies and
technologies in the Data Management field, over the years Francesco has also
led the cultural change with Enterprise Data Architecture projects within
important Italian and international groups.
