After graduation, I was fortunate enough to be approached by several companies. However, when I came into contact with Iconsulting’s People Operations & Culture Department, I had the feeling that I was approaching a reality very different from others.

Right from the start, the company stood out because of its young and informal environment, interested in the well-being of employees, where you can grow. And it was for these reasons that I chose it to begin my career as a consultant. Three years later, my first impressions have proven to be correct; working side by side with colleagues open to collaboration and exchange, being able to count on the respect and listening to more experienced colleagues: this is what I found in Iconsulting from day one.

Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to grow professionally, I have been recognized for my efforts, and I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous workshops, in Italy and abroad. Among those I have achieved, the Google certification of Machine Learning, an area of great interest to me, makes me particularly proud. Today I can say I am proud to start coordinating activities and junior colleagues on the team.
