Having had professional experience before joining Iconsulting, I did not know what to expect from this change. The comparison was inevitable. It was here that I finally found ‘my dimension’: a team of people who were always there for me, both professionally and personally.

I was recruited during the pandemic and only had the opportunity to meet my colleagues face-to-face after a few months. Everyone, including those I did not work closely with, made me feel at ease, and I appreciated their kindness and empathy, regardless of their role or seniority.

In a company with several locations – Bologna, Rome, and Milan – I thought it would be difficult to count on real cooperation between everyone, but I had to change my mind: support and cooperation were immediately created between people as if the physical distances did not exist. I can say that Iconsulting is exactly what I wanted: my ideal environment!
