2. How is the recruitment process carried out?
Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team for an in-depth video call where we will tell you who we are, what we do, and what sets us apart. We will try to learn more about your educational/professional background and the motivations and aspirations that will lead you to choose Iconsulting.
During your first interview with the People & Culture Department, you will learn what the next steps in the selection process are: we will schedule 2 or 3 technical interviews to explore technical skills in relation to the position and your aptitude for working in our consulting environment.
